Mission of the Forum
To create conditions for the social sustainable development of Astrakhan Region and to scale up the best practices in scientific, technological, educational, civil and patriotic spheres of Russia and Caspian countries.
Objectives of the Forum
- To create a multifunctional interactive platform for constructive dialogue between the government, business, education and science in the interests of the sustainable development of Southern Russia.
- To set up an information agenda for the readiness of the Caspian countries’ economies for adoption of future technologies.
- To establish scientific collaboration between educational and scientific institutions in order to integrate efforts on adapting future technologies to existing economic tasks.
- To coordinate efforts of innovation process participants, to exchange experience in commercialization and implementation of innovative developments.
- To promote the development of scientific and technological cooperation between the countries of the Caspian macroregion.
- To strengthen the geoeconomic status of the Russian part of the Caspian region
